Dig 'Em collectable Wacky Wobbler by FunKo. Box has been opened, I believe but not since my ownership. Box is in good shape with minimal to no fading of the colors. Seems to be several of the smaller examples but this toy is roughly 7" tall x 3" wide.
Comes shipped in a plastic display box to help ensure item is delivered in condition it is sent.
