A vintage Roto Tray Smoking Set. Genuine Bakelite material. Used for holding cigarettes and lighter and/or matches. Would sit on a table, desk or mantle.
Unsure of the exact year of manufacture but vintage. They item is in good shape with some wear on the turn table is the areas it has rubbed for many years of use. No cracks that I can see and has not been used since my ownership.
